I've read several articles about it, one of them was from KBJ; it talks about the use of snail for facial treatment in one of the famous beauty salon in Japan. They use both snail extract product and real snail dances on your face (literally)!

Belif First Aid Transforming peel off mask

Hello, I am back with another review, which now is from Belif. Yep, another Korean beauty brand. But unlike any typical Korean beauty beauty brands, Belif has a little bit different concept. I think its concept is similar to Kiehl's judging from the philosophy, concept, and packaging.

I have been using this mask from Belif called Belif First Aid Transforming peel off mask for about 5 weeks and am ready to tell you about it!

The packaging is very simple with white compartment and black cap. It comes with 50ml size packaging.

So as stated on the packaging, this unique peel-off mask is formulated with Lemon balm and White willow bark to remove skin debris. 

Upon contact with water, this creamy mask transforms itself into a thin layer of gel, making easier to take it off without skin irritation.

So, this is how the mask looks like inside. It's pure white with very nice smell, a mixture of subtle lemon aroma, which I do love.

The texture is creamy but a bit runny, and so soft. I don't keep this mask in refrigerator, but yes it has a soft, cooling effect that can sooth your skin. Feels so comfortable..

And you don't have to put so many in single use, you just apply a very thin layer, and it already works. After even out the product, you just have to wait around 15-20 minutes until it's done.

For your information, when I first started using this mask, I was still experiencing medium-level break out with so many small acnes on my U-Zone. So, how do this product works on my troubled skin?

My Beauty Diary - Honey Strawberry Mask

Hello everyone, I'm back with another review~ This time I'll review a sheet mask from My Beauty Diary that I got from Stuffedia on my birthday.

My Beauty Diary - Honey Strawberry Mask

Actually, this is my first time using My Beauty Diary mask. At first, I thought that this brand comes from South Korea. Well, you know that country is famous for cute and colorful packaging for its cosmetic brand. So I'm quite surprised to know that this is Taiwan brand. Anyway, it doesn't really matter for me, as long as the quality is worth the price. :D

So, the mask that I tried this time is My Beauty Diary - Honey Strawberry Mask. It has a very cute and eye-catchy packaging with pastel yellow color and Hello Kitty! (Yes, I used to collect Hello Kitty things during my childhood). The writings are mostly in Chinese, so aside from it I do not know what it means, LOL. Luckily, it provides the English ingredients so at least I know what the ingredients are.

So the ingredients to be concerned are the ones which located on the top. So, this mask contains Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, and Propylene Glycol act as humectant. One thing to be considered more is Propylene Glycol, I search through Mr. Google and find out that it has been associated with irritant and allergic contact dermatitis as well as contact urticaria in humans. So for those of you who has sensitive skin, you gotta watch out for this ingredients.

Then it also contains Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, which is known for being cooling properties (helps heal sunburns), protecting skin from UV damage, and also help with other skin lesions, wounds, and radiation burns, as well as acne, pimples, and rosacea. Sodium PCA, Sodium Hyaluronate, and Honey Extract help as  humectant and anti-inflammatory. 

Enough with the ingredients, let's move to the application~

My Birthday Presents!

So, on last October 15th, I was officially turned 22. Though I have to spent my birthday far away from my parents (they live in Palembang), I was so happy that I got some birthday presents. So, I will tell you about the birthday presents I got according to the time of arrival.

• My Beauty Diary Masks

Actually, Stuffedia originally send me these mask only for review purpose, but when they learn that my birthday was 15th of October, they send me 4 more as birthday gift. Haha, so kind, right? Anyway, I'll review these masks later, hehe.

• COCO Phone

I got this from one of my best friend; Ira. She has been friends with me since both of us were still in elementary school. Actually, I would love to have purple one, since my phone is purple. But, yeah, this is a gift you can't request, LOL. Anyway, she said that she think color red suits me the best because I'm bold. Oh, I'm flattered, and happy! :)

• Plastic Drawer

Nah, this stuff comes from my gank of best friends in my college. So four of them gave me this plastic drawer because, last time I went with them to hypermarket (to do monthly shopping), I said that I want to have another drawer since I got so many things in my room. I never expect that they would buy me this drawer, LOL. They also gave me a cheese cake as my birthday cake and we ate it together on the night of my birthday. Thanks, girls!

• Yellow Cow Plush and External Hard Drive 

So, the day after my birthday, a package arrived and when I read the 'package description', it was written as 'doll'. Well, isn't it obvious? Hahaha. So, when I opened the package, this little, cute things popped out:

 And there was a greeting card inside, I was busy giggling when I read the card, until I discover something...

tadaaa!

So there's another present in the package, which is: External Hard Drive! Yay! I've been longing for this thing ever since. I wanted to have a HDD so much but I haven't got the money since I have to watch Ingrid Michaelson LIVE in concert in Singapore last month. Whoa... At that time I was speechless. It's like combination of shock and happiness. LOL. Anyway, now I have a HDD, yay! I can keep my K-POP MVs and shows without burdening my laptop's internal hard drive now. Thanks K!

The Skin Food Rice Mask Wash-Off

I bought so many beauty samples yesterday while stocking my online shop's need. Hihi. I am such a naughty owner I guess. So, I was tempted to try this beauty sample from The Skin Food. So far, judging from my customer's review, most of them agree that The Skin Food is a great product when it comes to skin care (emulsion, cream, serum, mask, etc.). Here is my review of The Skin Food Rice Mask Wash-Off.

The sachet can be used around 2-4 times. For me, it took 5 times of use till it goes all out.
