Kiehl's Halloween Party

Another event report, everybody! So, on the same day with Lancome event, soon after the event ends, I attended Kiehl's Halloween party in Kiehl's store at Seibu Grand Indonesia. 

Soon after we arrived at the store, the manager kindly welcomed us and gave us the goodie bag. What's so special was the goodie bag. It's the shape of halloween pumpkin made from felt garment. Aww.. It's so cute. Moreover, we got the treats: Halloween candies and lollipops! It has been long since I ate sweets..

So, I wandered around in the store and I can't help looking at this series; Dermatologist Series: Clearly Corrective White. I still use the Purifying Foaming Cleanser up until now to fight my dark spots (from acne scars). I really want to purchase another product, but yeah, I need to hold it. I need to do cosmetics diet (like Ci Priscilla once said in group).

LANCOME Beauty Bloggers Duel: The Final

Hi everyone! Last Saturday I attended an event held by Lancome Indonesia. It's the final of Lancome Beauty Bloggers Duel! It's between Ci Carnellin and Marsha! The place was in Seibu Grand Indonesia's Premium Lounge. I met so many other beauty bloggers there; Melissa, Beatrix, Nadia, Fweegy, Jesslyn, Via, Meylisa, Nita, Yessy, and many more! Ah, I also met Roma from Romacchiato. She is hilarious!

NYX Soho Glam Collection

Hi! This time I'd like to share to you about NYX Soho Glam Collection. Actually this palette has been kept in my drawer for months because I love it too much. LOL. Yep, I got this as my late-last year birthday present from a friend. Hehe, So, finally I was brave enough to do some swatches of this palette. Hope that this helps!

First Time at Cosmobeauté Indonesia 2012 + FOTD

So, on Sunday, October 21 I attended an annual event called Cosmobeauté Indonesia 2012 with my friends. I knew this event from my friend; Sharah, who happened to be a regular on this event. 

So, here is my look of the day at that time. Hehe, I'm going for winged eye liner again after a long hiatus. :p

I didn't took any picture since I read that taking pictures is strictly prohibited on the official website. I only managed to took a swatch of eye shadows and a picture of myself at the photo booth. :/

I came on the first day of this event so the crowd was not really pleasing, there was not a lot of people both in front of the venue or inside the hall. So, I registered myself on the spot and I got a HUGE purple bag with a free skin-check voucher inside.

Since I just came to accompany my friend to search for her new supplier for her salon, I was just looking around. Till, I visit this booth: OFFICE Cosmetic. At first I thought that maybe this a makeup brand for office look. LOL. The beauty assistants offered us to try the products. We were hesitant, though. She gave us this Lips Beautifying & Repairing Essence. It feels so lightweight on my lips!

My Birthday Presents!

So, on last October 15th, I was officially turned 22. Though I have to spent my birthday far away from my parents (they live in Palembang), I was so happy that I got some birthday presents. So, I will tell you about the birthday presents I got according to the time of arrival.

• My Beauty Diary Masks

Actually, Stuffedia originally send me these mask only for review purpose, but when they learn that my birthday was 15th of October, they send me 4 more as birthday gift. Haha, so kind, right? Anyway, I'll review these masks later, hehe.

• COCO Phone

I got this from one of my best friend; Ira. She has been friends with me since both of us were still in elementary school. Actually, I would love to have purple one, since my phone is purple. But, yeah, this is a gift you can't request, LOL. Anyway, she said that she think color red suits me the best because I'm bold. Oh, I'm flattered, and happy! :)

• Plastic Drawer

Nah, this stuff comes from my gank of best friends in my college. So four of them gave me this plastic drawer because, last time I went with them to hypermarket (to do monthly shopping), I said that I want to have another drawer since I got so many things in my room. I never expect that they would buy me this drawer, LOL. They also gave me a cheese cake as my birthday cake and we ate it together on the night of my birthday. Thanks, girls!

• Yellow Cow Plush and External Hard Drive 

So, the day after my birthday, a package arrived and when I read the 'package description', it was written as 'doll'. Well, isn't it obvious? Hahaha. So, when I opened the package, this little, cute things popped out:

 And there was a greeting card inside, I was busy giggling when I read the card, until I discover something...

tadaaa!

So there's another present in the package, which is: External Hard Drive! Yay! I've been longing for this thing ever since. I wanted to have a HDD so much but I haven't got the money since I have to watch Ingrid Michaelson LIVE in concert in Singapore last month. Whoa... At that time I was speechless. It's like combination of shock and happiness. LOL. Anyway, now I have a HDD, yay! I can keep my K-POP MVs and shows without burdening my laptop's internal hard drive now. Thanks K!

Lip on Lip in Carnation Pink

Have you ever heard of this lip product from Rohto Mentholatum? Well, I guess that this product is already available everywhere including pharmacies, supermarkets, hypermarkets, even mini markets.  For me, this is my first time trying this product. I am actually familiar with Mentholatum products like Lip Ice (used to wear it during my high school time), but Lip on Lip? Well, this is new. I got this from my previous beauty class, which I posted here.

NYX Xtreme Lip Cream in Bonfire

It is not a lipstick, nor is it a gloss. Its like nothing you have experienced before. It is liquid lipstick that goes on with full Xtreme color and intense shine.

This time I will share to you about my current favorite lip product: NYX Xtreme Lip Cream in Bonfire. I fell in love for the first time when I try this Xtreme Lip Cream at NYX counter in Plaza Semanggi. Well, at that time I tried Absolute Red and Strawberry Jam, but ended up not buying them. 

So, last September, I tried on my luck to buy this Xtreme Lip Cream, and based on my Mom's advice, I finally purchased myself this shade; Bonfire.

Skin Aqua UV Mild Milk SPF 25/ PA ++

Every skin check I've done, the results are more or less the same; I have to take a good care of my skin by protecting it from the UV light. Well, I am one of those people who are lazy to put on sunscreen because it feels so sticky afterwards. And yes, don't forget the horrible smell.

So, the journey to suitable sunscreen for me has been hard. Since I'm still a student, I don't want to spend much (well, I haven't got money on my own). On the other hand, I want to find at least good quality of sunscreen which fit my budget. Moreover, I'm so hesitant to try on new products because I'm afraid that I will waste my money away if the product irritates my skin. Okay, I'm such a frugal person. -_-

Skin Aqua Beauty Talk

Hi! Last Tuesday I was invited by Skin Aqua to attend their beauty talk along with fellow beauty bloggers. The venue was in Tartine Restaurant, fX Sudirman. 

Actually, I already being familiar with this skin care brand, I often glance through the supermarket/ hypermarket skin care aisle and I always find this Skin Aqua. But, I haven't got any chance to try it. So, I was really excited to attend this beauty talk held by Skin Aqua.

Beauty Class with Face On Face Indonesia & Cita Cinta

So, last Saturday (13/10/2012), I attended a beauty class held by Cita Cinta together with Face on Face Indonesia in Gedung Femina, Setiabudi. I was tempted by the price, well, it's only Rp 25.000,00 (around $2.5) including snack box + goodie bag from Cita Cinta and Face on Face! So, I rushed to register and I also told my friends to join. Unfortunately, it's only me who got the chance to attend this beauty class. It turned out that not every one who registered can get the place in the Beauty Class due to the limited seats and (I think) the error on the registration system. So, since I already transferred the money for registration, I chose to attend it though I'm all alone.

So, I arrived at 13.00 sharp since I got a call that I should get there by 13.00. It turned out that the event started really, really late. It started at almost 14.30. I was annoyed since I was so rushed to the venue that I forgot to dressed according to the dress code "Touch of Pink". Instead, I wore green, from top to toe. -___-

Another Visit to Pond's Institute

Hello everyone! I'm back with another post about my visit to Pond's Institute. For those of you who haven't read or forget about my first time experience in Pond's Institute, you can view it here.

So, I got a voucher for free trial worth until Rp 240.000,00 (around $24) in Pond's Institute. Hehe, I got this almost three months ago, but finally I could manage the time to visit it again with two of my friends (since the voucher is valid for multiple persons).

I called for reservation a day before and went there on last Wednesday with my friends. So, after arriving there, I check for the reservation and we went for the pre-treatment skin check first. Whoaa, we meet again, dear skin check device! LOL.

So, according to the skin check, overall my skin condition is still good with my hydration is still in normal range, elasticity is also good, wrinkle and spots is also still in normal range. But, I have to watch out for my large pores (yes I know it T____T) and my skin evenness. Ooops, I forget that I never do facial again after the GRAZIA Day with POND's and neither do I scrub my face ever since. T___T So the beauty adviser said that the dead cells piled up and making face looks so dull.

Lancome Beauty Bloggers Duel

Hi everyone, hehe, last time I joined the beauty event by Lancome Indonesia. It's actually a launching of Lancome latest mascara; Hypnose Doll Eyes Mascara and a beauty bloggers duel between Hanna and Carnellin. 

 As usual, my head-to-toe look are mostly comes from thrift market aka flea market (see why I'm naming this blog Fleashion, right?). Hehe, it has been a looong time since I posted my look here, so this post will be a mix of beauty report and my outfit that day. ^_^

So, since there's no dress code for that event, I finally chose to wear this outfit to Mal Taman Anggrek, where the event was held.

 

WHAT I WORE

Fiuh, done with the outfit, now let's go on talking about the event. The event was fun, we watched how Hanna and Carnellin try to create their look by telling what they want to the Lancome Make-Up Artist; Mbak Hanna and Mbak Chika. 

What's interesting was, the bloggers were not doing all the make-up, instead, they should tell the MUA about their idea of look and collaborated together to do the look. Carnellin chose "Doll Look" while Hanna decided to go with "Barbie Look".

In the end, all the guests have to vote for the best look and it turned out at the end that the winner is Carnellin! Yay, congratulations! Thus, Carnellin got the ticket to the next round of Beauty Bloggers Make-Up Duel which is still a secret.

MuiMiu's Giveaway: Ga In's Irreversible Inspired Look

Hi! I'm doing this makeup and post because I'm joining Muimiu's Giveaway for TWO TICKETS of Big Bang Alive World Tour Concert Jakarta that will be held on Oct 13, 2012 at Mata Elang International Stadium for FREE! 

So, I was so confused about which makeup inspired that I would do for this giveaway. Hehe, I'm still a newbie so I am not really confident. So, I browsed A LOT, and finally I chose to pick Ga-In's look in her solo MV; Irreversible.

 Do you guys know Ga-In? Well, for those who have deep knowledge about K-Pop, you must be familiar with her. She's part of a Korean girlband named Brown Eyed Girls with Narsha, JeA, and Miryo. They're mostly known for their single "Abracadabra". 

I found this look so interesting. Hehe. The sharp blue line is really eye-catchy. Besides, it kinda reminded me of TOP latest blue hair. Awwww, so charming yet edgy! Moreover, I also love "Blue" song from Big Bang. Wow. It's so coincidental. So, I decided to do this look for Muimiu's give away. TOP oppa, please pray for me! >.<

LUX White Collection Launching

Hello everyone! Last week, I had a chance to attend another LUX event held in Hotel Dharmawangsa. This time it was the launching of LUX's latest collection; LUX White Collection.

Actually this was the first time I visit Hotel Dharmawangsa. And yes, I was a little bit lost since I've never been here before. But, that was okay, I arrived safely anyway. So, we were greeted by a very beautiful all-white gate (sorry for not taking picture of it) and when I looked at my left, wow. There were plenty of foods! (OK, I am not a food blogger, why I rave so much about food.. -_-)

And yes, the food attracted me so much that night...

After filling our starving stomach, then we were invited to go inside and all that I could say is: "THE DECORATION WAS REALLY STUNNING!" All-white, it was like entering a whole different world. I feel like Alice in Wonderland (OK, I'm exaggerating). But yes, it was stunning, with the properties, the consistency of putting white everywhere, the flowers, wow.

And as usual, there was a photo-booth area where every guest took pictures. I went with my friend; Vita, so here we are taking pictures together!
